After four decades, John Kazmierowski, MD is retiring from his Vancouver practice.
Dr. Kazmierowski, a fixture in the Vancouver medical community for more than 40 years, has announced his retirement.
A Chicago native, Dr. Kazmierowski attended St. Mary’s University and received his Medical Degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine. He completed an internship in Internal Medicine at the University of Washington Affiliated Hospitals, and later, a residency in Internal Medicine. Dr. Kazmierowski completed a fellowship in Allergy-Immunology at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD; and a residency in Dermatology at Oregon Health and Sciences University.
Dr. Kazmierowski’s last day in the Vancouver office is June 18. The last day for the shot clinic will be June 8.
Upon Dr. Kazmierowski’s retirement in June, the care of his dermatology patients will be transferred to Dr. Lauren Boudreaux at the same office. Allergy patients will be referred to Columbia Allergy & Asthma. Patients must sign the following release forms in order to transfer their records and/or shots to Columbia or another provider.
