Pacific Northwest

Live where you work. Love where you live.

Oregon and Washington’s mild climate and drivability make most of our offices accessible from urban and rural communities alike, providing pleasant commuting options and promoting work-life balance.

Wine country, Dundee, Oregon

The Willamette Valley is uniquely situated so that an hour’s drive in any direction will land you on a rugged Pacific coastline, at the base of world-class ski mountain or in the vibrant cultural center of Portland. We definitely have a “center of the universe” complex.

The mid-Willamette Valley, where most of our Oregon offices reside, is the center of northwest wine country. Farm-to-table restaurants complement the award-winning wines, and the rolling hills lend themselves to cycling enthusiasts and day-trippers. Outdoorsy-types flock to Oregon’s state parks, scenic rivers and hiking destinations during the summer; and snow sports in the winter. If you’re a hunter or a fisherman, we’ve got that too.

  • University of Oregon, Oregon State University, Portland State University, University of Portland

Portland and Salem are urban centers, linked by Interstate-5 as it snakes through the valley. Portland has a thriving food scene and is arguably the birthplace of craft beer. Salem is the state capital and is home to many commuters who work in Portland but prefer Salem’s livability.

Oregon’s South Coast

The Oregon Coast is as beautiful and rugged as the strong history of shipbuilding and lumber products that built it. A stunning collection of protected bays, sand dunes and lush emerald forests, the left coast is is a recreational dream for outdoors people, photographers and whale watchers alike.

Our coastal offices include: Astoria, Coos BayLincoln CityNewport, and Seaside.

Crater Lake

Southern Oregon is home to the world-renowned Oregon Shakespeare Festival, matched only in drama by the area’s stunning scenery. In Oregon’s only National Park, Crater Lake stands six miles across, formed when Mount Mazama erupted and collapased about 7700 years ago. Gold was discovered in Jacksonville in 1851 and Oregonians have been carving out a living in this gorgeous landscape ever since.

Just north of the border, Southern Oregon blends seamlessly into Northern California with rugged vistas and sweeping valleys. Fast-moving rivers provide excellent rafting.

Southern Oregon is decidedly different from the rest of the state in both terrain and culture – a charming mix of staunch individualism and moxie left over from its gold rush beginnings.

Our southern Oregon office is located in Medford.

A commuter ferry in Puget Sound

Let’s start by answering a question we hear a lot, especially from folks who live in very different parts of the country: Yes, Washington state really is that green. It’s also red and gold; and white sometimes – truly a four-season state and one of the most magnificent parts of the country.

Washington boasts three National Parks and epic outdoor opportuntities. Its cosmopolitan pearl is Seattle, a center of sports, culture and nightlife tempered with the region’s notable casual attitude.

  • University of Washington, Washington State University

Our Washington offices are located in the western part of the state, and are grouped around the state capitol of Olympia; northern Puget Sound; greater Seattle; and the Washington coast. These office clusters offer flexible live-work potential at any office, or among several.

Not only is Washington the first home of Starbucks – it could be your home too.

Our Washington offices include Aberdeen, Chehalis, Federal Way, Issaquah, Longview, Olympia, Port Angeles , Shelton and Vancouver.
