Todd Williams MS, FNP-BC earned his Masters of Science in Nursing from Albany State University in Georgia, and has nine years of dermatology experience. His nursing career includes experience in cardiac intensive care, cardiac catheterization laboratory, nursing management, clinical informatics and also served the Veterans Administration in the primary care of patients. Williams is a board certified nurse practitioner in family medicine.
In addition to his passion for dermatology, Williams says he has interest in wellness and the holistic care of patients across the lifespan. He and his family have relocated to Astoria from Macon, GA; Williams says they are looking forward to becoming involved in the community.
In August, we will open a new office in Seaside to meet increasing demand for dermatology services. Ladessa Christensen, NP-C will see patients at both locations, providing a full complement of care.
Dermatology-trained nurse practitioners diagnose and treat conditions of the skin, hair and nails such as acne, dermatitis, psoriasis, seborrhea, bacterial and viral infections, herpes, warts, rosacea, eczemas and alopecia. Dermatology-trained nurse practitioners also diagnose and treat benign and malignant skin lesions, including skin cancer in adults and children.
Todd Williams’ and Ladessa Christensen’s schedules are now open for appointments in Astoria and Seaside. They plan to accept all insurance plans, including Medicaid.
